Have just finished W1 and thought I would share a few things that I have learnt:
1) Chocolate and toast don't make for good running fuel
2) If you don't drink enough water, all the stretching in the world isn't going to stop your muscles aching
3)Running downhill is harder than running uphill! Who knew ๐
And most importantly, I can do this and enjoy it (and I can as a very over weight mum in her mid forties, then you can too)
