Have just finished W1 and thought I would share a few things that I have learnt:

1) Chocolate and toast don't make for good running fuel

2) If you don't drink enough water, all the stretching in the world isn't going to stop your muscles aching

3)Running downhill is harder than running uphill! Who knew ๐Ÿ˜‚

And most importantly, I can do this and enjoy it (and I can as a very over weight mum in her mid forties, then you can too)

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 1, glad to hear that you enjoyed the 3 runs of the first week.

Interesting what you say regarding running downhill, if the hill going down is steep you are holding yourself back and that can be as tiring than running up the hill, when I am running down quite a steep hill I tend to hold back incase I fall and that can be a bit tiring, onwards and upwards to week 2 ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿ˜Š
