So according to the c2k app today is a non runner. Done some stretches and going out for a relaxing walk. Last week I did some long walks and a little bike ride to prepare to get started. Today I dug out the wifit (took out at beginning of lockdown but lost interest) and ...... I’ve lost weight!! Only a little bit two weeks of realisation that my health is up to me has started to show. Now just half my body weight at present to loose. 🤣😰 but determined 🤨💪🏃🏻‍♀️
