Well that went better than w8r3... Jumped out of bed at 6.30 AM and thought “just get this over and done with...” and I did. Even managed the sprint at the end of it. Well, sprint, that’s in my own world, probably not in anyone else’s 🤣 I am sooooo close to the 5k mark, 300m. I know myself, I won’t be satisfied if I don’t hit it at the end of the program. So I have 2 runs to do this. I know I can!
Super curious to see how I’ll feel after the last run and how I will handle the consolidation runs... What has been your experience???

Well done!!! 👍 Sounds like you are on a roll and have a target 🎯 to hit the elusive 5K in your next two runs. 300m is no distance at all - you’ve got this!
I felt amazing graduating C25K! I did my first consolidation run yesterday (C25K+ Stepping Stone podcast) and it was fine - although aching a bit today!
Wow! Well done! You have done amazing, great pace and distance too. I set myself the goal of week 9 run 3 just getting 5k and then work on time. I set myself goals and feel bad if I don't meet them so I was worried about going all out to get 5k in 30 which I wouldn't have done but then put pressure on myself to do that each run. I completed week 9 run 3 in 32.08 and just done my 1st consolation run at 31.17.
I've set myself new aim of consolidating till I can comfortably do 5k in 30 then trying jujus magic plan.
I felt I needed future goals to keep me motivated.
