Good luck, the achievement you feel after each run is amazing. You got this!

You can do this - just focus on one run/week at a time. Everyone on here is on your side - there are no silly questions or feelings. We all started there too! Keep going and welcome to the group!

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

Good luck and enjoy the ride! Trust in the program. It'll get you through the tough runs and will be a good companion on the easier runs.

All the above and more but especially enjoy this wonderful journey. Also remember pre run dynamic warm up exercises and post run static stretches -really important to avoid any injuries.👍👍
