W7R1 through Stalham in Friday morning. Off the back of a bad last night's sleep on the boat and a little excess on the night before. Was a good run though and billiard table flat. W7 done.

W8R1 this morning and my 2nd run through the Conwy Valley. Longest distance yet by literally a country mile 😁. 4.9k and yes that includes the walking sections but im claiming it.

The rest of week 8 now in North Wales before its back to work and week 9. 5 more to go and absolutely no fear left.

Amazing what we can make ourselves do, even after excesses and a bad sleep - imagine how great that would've been on a good day! I was in Conwy just over a week ago - I ran round the Great Orme and that was NOT pancake flat! But I did my first ever full 5k on the prom in Llandudno three years ago so revisited that before going round the Orme. Some fab running to be had in that area of NWales. Enjoy.
