So I’m back.. bit of a sweaty mess but I did it and at the end of the last 3 min run, I kept going as I felt I could - full disclosure, it was a slight downhill section so not sure if that’s cheating, however I managed around 6 minutes - though not sure I could have if it was flat or slightly uphill! 😂
I have to say the first run is definitely the hardest, once I’ve done the second one, I’m up for the third. Does everyone else feel like this too?
Also my left ankle is feeling it a bit, perhaps technique? I tore my ACL on that leg badly 4 years ago and it’s never been the same since so I am trying to be mindful of it.
Anyhow, happy days! Bring on the next one 😃
