First 5k run!

Decided to change tactics this morning on my third run since completing C25K, every time I felt too out of breath I slowed down, and although it took 46 minutes, I actually ran 5.03k! Never realised I could run for 46 mins either by the way! This feels like a much better way to improve. Now I have a good route which I can just repeat, and I am sure I will get quicker over time! Feeling pleased!

Well done for getting to 5k so soon after graduation! 🎉I'm still on the quest for it but did my first 4k this morning, getting there! 🏃‍♀️🏃💥
