Hi, thanks everyone who advised me to slow down when I was jumping the schedule trying to finish quickly...I have now increased my run beyond 30in and today ran 45 min nonstop. I have started using Nike running app as suggested by one of my fellow runner here....I just don't feel like doing the fast runs in between..as suggested by some experts....can I just contd to do longer endurance runs...I am dreaming ok 10 k...then 29 k....and carry on.... please advise

Long slow runs build stamina and endurance.

Faster runs, intervals and fartlek build speed.

If you are not worried about speed then carry on as you are. You will get faster over time but probably not as quickly as if you do speed training.
