So after run 1 this week I felt so good and was walking back after my 5 min cool down walk and stopped and was talking to a neighbour. I completely lost my breath, I couldn’t get anything into me and I went really dizzy, I just walked away as was only a few houses away from home and struggled to breathe the whole way back. This morning I went out for run 2 and got to about 15 mins (just over half way) and couldn’t breath at all nothing was going in and I was making the strangest of noises as I tried to breathe. I stopped my run at 16 mins and called to get picked up as again I went dizzy and couldn’t breathe.... I feel defeated but 16 mins would have been impossible a few weeks ago and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved. My breathing is good while I’m running I feel so this is very strange.
I’ve called the doctors about this but has anyone else got tips on what to do about this?
