Today I done wk 6 run 3. Did struggle with stamina a bit - probably because I ate all the Father’s Day brownies this morning and dads birthday cake yesterday.
But ..... I completed it with a big red face and lots of sweat 😓 (almost some tears too)
Looking forward to week 7 😁

That is amazing that you managed to 🏃🏾 run for 25 minutes at all after eating all those brownies and 🎂 birthday cake, not many people could 🚶 walk for 25 minutes let alone 🏃🏾 run, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7.
