We’ve just finished Week 1 and it’s been really hard. We did it early mornings in rain and sun lol! But I don’t want to give up so we are going to repeat Week 1 before moving to Week 2. I’ve had back surgery and my daughter is unfit so we think this is the best thing. Wish us luck!x

I would try wk 2 run 1 first personally I found wk 1 the hardest wouldn't repeat it if you have completed just try the next one and see how you go but I honestly found week 2 easier than week 1 😀.

If done at the right pace, then Week 1 should be doable for almost anyone, so if you struggled, it suggests you maybe went a bit too quickly, which is very understandable.
It's not obvious, but every run you do prepares you for the next run. So Week 1 prepares you for Week 2. And Week 1 PLUS Week 2 prepares you for Week 3 and so on.
