Week 8, run 3 done - can't believe next week's the final one!

It's been 11 days since my first post on here. I can't believe next week's the last week of the programme! I've found the last 2 weeks' runs challenging, but definitely feel like I've made a lot of progress. I developed a stitch about 16 minutes into one of the runs, so had to slow down for 4-5 minutes till it passed, but had no little niggles on the other runs. I was nervous about increasing my run time from 25 to 28 minutes, which probably sounds silly but there you go. I even considered increasing by 1 minute for each of the 3 runs, but in the end I ran for the full duration. I'm really looking forward to next week now
