I've done 3 post-graduation runs and I think I might have pulled a muscle at some stage - it didn't feel right this morning and ever since my lower right calf is very stiff every time I stand up. Can/should I continue running, or should I leave it to calm down properly first? I'm not due another run until Monday (today is Saturday)

Sorry about your injury Palestrina, my advice is to take a few extra days off running until your injury heals, if you run with a injury it will just get worse, hopefully you'll be back running soon.

Don't run...try some of the calf exercises recommended in the link here...

Best to err on the side of caution as a minor injury can turn into something more serious.. rest assured, the run will wait
