Week 3 in the bag 😀

Just finished week 3. More humid at the minute but tried to step up the pace slightly and rewarded by clocking my best time over the 3 runs. Week 4 looks to be a bit of a step up so planning on slowing right down and running in the coolest part of the day. Onward and upward for next week.....👍

Congratulations on completing week 3, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 4 and as you say try run it at the coolest time of the day, or the least warmest part of the day, even first thing in the morning the temperature in many areas of the UK over the next few days will not drop much below 15C.
