Running 3-4 times a week after graduating end of May. Managing 4K in about 32 minutes. Finding that the day after a run I’m starving..... despite eating well.
Am trying to lose weight and currently losing 2lb a month total weight loss 2 stone. But need help do I need extra on these days what’s best to curb the hunger pangs 😊
