Made it through week 1 despite last weeks strong winds and run 1 down. Long way to go I know but feel I’m off to a good start. I’ve given myself an extra run this week before moving on and still keeping every other day free.

I did Week 2 Run 2 today and have stuck to the one day gap but not sure if this is right?

Which bit? Advice is at least 3 times and keep a day. I started on a Tue so did my third run Sat. Now did run 1 today as did not want lose momentum so will do run 3 Friday and will do a 4th run Sunday then start week 3 on Tuesday. Will only do 3 runs in week 3. I’m being pedantic over the weeks I know but that’s how I roll. 😉

Thanks - I am trying to run every 2nd day but your way has the attraction of a bonus day off and my left knee is very interested!
