Week 8 completed!

That's week 8 done. 😁 onwards to the final 3 runs. I never ever believed that I'd get this far. But I have by sheer will power and I have actually enjoyed the last 2 weeks. I feel so much better for getting up early and running. I haven't lost much weight but then again I haven't put any on. Enjoy your run and enjoy getting fitter.

That is fantastic... well done you. This is, or should be about enjoyment and to achieve this is great. Slow and steady as you go, relaxing onto the lovely long runs.

I have had to take a pause for W9 as my 23yr old son is in hospital with heart probs and I just haven’t got the oomph to get back there at the moment.
