After one hiccup in the week ,managed wk9 R2 this morning ,definitely better after sorting out hydration problems, and another big help has been drop in temp .Looking to graduate this week ,just one question ,I am running 4k in thirty minutes ,would it be best to consolidate at 30mins for a couple of weeks before gradually increasing to 5k or to gradually keep progressing to 5k

You seem to be running at a decent pace. Perhaps look at running longer once a week without worrying about pace. I’m running 7k once a week but not worrying about the pace at all. Maybe run for 45 minutes at a V slow run. I’m at week 9 and now thinking of keeping going to 10k
