So having graduated back in Oct 2015 I got into a regular rhythm of running 3/4 times a week. Until in June 2018 I moved house and job and my routine and routes went out of the window! I kept having good intentions of starting again but lockdown got me going. I didn't think i was too unfit so started at week 3 and five weeks later I have finished week 7. That hump of running three long runs a week is behind me and the gentle increase through week 8 to running for 30 mins is before me and I am strangely looking forward to it. I will graduate again!

Last time, this forum was such a lovely place of only positive words and support and I am hoping for the same this time!

Thank you x

ps, do we still post pics of new shoes?!!!
