Thankfully I dont have to take back my Run 2 post where I said I was looking forward to no more intervals! I kept to a steady pace and let my mind wander a bit more than previous runs (shown by the fact that I actually got lost at one point π). I also picked a playlist with a slightly slower bpm which I reckon helped - it's called 120 bpm on Spotify for anyone who's looking to try something new.
I had planned to do this run yesterday late evening but wasnt feeling great so postponed to today. Decided to mix things up and go out over my lunch break. Def going to go back to my 9pm runs - so many people and cars to dodge during the day!

Thanks π I'm looking forward to seeing how the next 3 runs go now that I know I can do the 25 mins and wasn't completely shattered at the end. Will make sure not to be complacent though!
