Didn’t think I was going to manage today - cold, windy, bit wet and tired before I started. But I did and pleasantly surprised myself with the distance I’m going - made 4.4km all in so hope by the time I hit week 9 I’ll be close to 5k, buoyed on now to keep going!!!!!

Brilliant. I find the weather usully looks worse than it feels; the effort to go out into bad weather is greater than the effort required to actually run in it. Added bonus - the afterglow is very welcome when it's cold. Well done for making that effort 😊
