Today was final run of wk7r3,and into run after warm up,the first few minutes felt sluggish and slightly out of breath,
I thought What the!!!,then I realised I was going slightly faster than my usual pace,so after telling myself off again this week.
I knew then your mind plays tricks on you ,because as my journey progresses you mind says in theory you should be quicker, so I thought wow,I got caught out by myself lol....
So I knuckled down and followed the App,on the last 60sec I busted out a quick sprint,felt really good.
And that's when you know your body isn't ready for speed, I reminded myself I dont know anything about running and to follow the App, in turn tricking my own self.Ha Ha Ha..and it works, feel great after this Run..😁👍🏃♂️💯
