I managed quite well with week 6 runs, but am on week 7 and have an injury. My hip flexors are so sore, lifting my leg is very painful even when sitting! Im in my fifties, so sometimes struggle with joint pain! So I have laid off running for 7 days and feel ready to get back on it tomorrow .....where should I start?
