Just completed this, amazing, keeping control of breath better, recovery after hills easier, ran a bit faster in last 5 mins but feel guilty in last minute as I have a final hill to conquer and have to slow down, but would rather that than have to stop.. still not lost weight but defo feeling better for this, pic of final hill
