Just finished my first week 7 run, 25 minutes and I could have kept going! Ok, not for long, but I was not nearly as dead as I was after run 3 of week 6, which was the same length! I think it depends in part on the weather being a lot cooler today, but I am also learning my pace and making sure I am well hydrated and all that, thanks also to all the great advice on this forum. Good luck to those who are worried about those 25 minutes, you can do it!!!!!!

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 7, I am glad that you enjoyed it better than run 3 of week 6, perhaps your pace was better and the weather was cooler, onwards and upwards to runs 2 and 3 of week 7 which once again are 25 minute runs. 🏃🏾 👍
