Almost at the end of week 8. Only one more run this week. R2 wasn't bad. I was even able to run thru the 5 min cool down and then do another 5 mins of walking for my cool down. I'm starting to think more about upping my pace but I don't want to burn myself out. I think I'll just enjoy the nice pace I'm on for another week and then regroup my plan. I can see the light at the end of my little tunnel. Enjoy your day everyone!
