Oh my what a beautiful sight the graduation trophy is.

Some thoughts ....

I feel stronger and so much healthier

After the lung burning of the first few weeks my breath is stronger than my legs now.

I still look like a demented beetroot by the end.

The feeling of the endorphins afterwards is better than any substance legal or not 😂😂

My anxiety is much much better.

I’m sleeping better

Running is indeed a happy drug!
