Because my last run was more than a week ago and I did something to my foot I was nervous about this one. But my foot has been fine for a couple of days and the weather is cooler today so I thought I'd give it a shot. And now I'm a graduate. I can't believe it, I'm feeling very pleased with myself and tonight I will start planning how I'm going to keep this up.
I've been recording everything on Strava - including the warm up and warm down walks, and am really happy that my last run of the programme has also been my best estimated 5k effort.

Congratulations on graduating. I’m only running once a week now and I’ve got 2 left from week 9 to do before I graduate, my run today on the other hand wasn’t as good as my previous run but I’m suffering with seasonal asthma now!
Sorry to hear about the asthma - my partner gets it seasonally too and suffers a lot, so you have my sympathy. Maybe when the lime trees have stopped dripping all over the place you'll feel better? My speed has gone up and down - sometimes I feel as though I've been really slow but Strava says different, and other times I've felt as though I've been zipping along, but Strava says I've gone at snails pace. There seem to be so many things that impact on how you perform on each run. I suppose part of the learning is understanding all of these things. Hope your next run goes well - nearly there!
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
