W9 R3. Is it that time already?

How time flies. I can hardly believe that 9 weeks have passed. I completed my final run of the program yesterday. It went pretty well and I even managed an extra minute!

I was, and still am, a little sad at the prospect of saying ‘goodbye’ to my coach. I am though looking forward to building on the progress I have made, being inspired by those who are further along this journey and maybe even joining the consolidation conversations.

For anyone beginning the C25K program have faith, follow the process and soak up all the wonderful support provided by the community here. It really does work!
