Well I did it. Was really not in a good place mentally today and thought I would struggle because of thst. Felt there was no point going. Haven't really had this before. I have been quite busy with work and pre lockdown I prioritised work over pretty much everything. It was usually the reason I gave myself for not being able to exercise. But post lockdown I've been trying to prioritise my health so off I went . I plodded around at my usual pace and I even finished on an uphill section. I say "Hill" but it is of course in the context of an over 60 doing C25K but I did it!
