Week 1 done. I really suffered with pain in my hips on both sides which really took me by surprise, I did rather a lot of hobbling last week so on a rest day I took to my bike, this really helped and maybe the way forward for me.
WK2 R1 completed this morning, I made sure I stretched before & after to avoid the hobble! I think I preferred running for a little longer, took it slowly and kept on telling myself I like running!
