Wow week 7!

I’ve recently been getting really bad shin splints so I decided to take a week off and do my couch to 5k everyday on a stationary exercise bike which was amazing for my legs as they really needed a break from the impact. I’m just amazed because before the break I was on week 4 and due to doing it everyday on the bike I reached week 7! I went for a run last night and did 25 non stop minutes at a quicker pace that my usual and everything is falling into place 😀 my legs were a bit sore but definitely not as bad as before. Just wanted to post here because I’m really proud of myself and never thought this day would come after the pain I was having 😊 can’t wait to run again tomorrow!

That's great news. Determination like that will see you to graduation, no problem. Now you know what to look out for, you can 'rest up' for an extra day of cycling if the niggles start again. Good luck.
