This was a short week, with one rest day being shorter than 24 hours, carefully fitted around the schedule. This is also the week I've noticed some changes in stamina, as I naturally ran faster without even noticing it, spotting the difference later on from the activity tracker (it actually wasn't even me, but my friend pointed it out). This is also the week when I've noticed my weight has gone down, not by a magic lot, but still, nice to know (probably something to do with the cycling for a good couple of hours).

Valuable observation is, that the right attitude contributes to the completed run for me as much as having good amount of water, right shoes and loose-fit clothing, so I attempted to combine trying my best with trying not to hurry in the early morning, late night and lunch time (I've proved that timed run doesn't get shorter just by running faster 😁).

The programme is incredible, making it possible to progress from just a minute to twenty eight minutes in a relatively short time. I'm so glad I've started!

Best of luck, everyone!
