Yes so pleased I ran for 28 minutes without stopping, never in a million years did I think I would achieve this on my own. I am only running once sometimes twice a week now because of shin splints. I’m making sure I’m stretching after every run and I’m icing them. Can anyone recommend what else I can do to prevent them or strengthen them. I wear proper asic running trainers which has improved them over the years but I don’t know what else I can do. 😅
