Hi all, anyone suffered from sacroilliitis and managed to get rid? If so how did you do it?

Hi daveglass1 ...have you had it long? Have you seen a doctor? Im no expert but prob the short term remedy is ice/heat and rest...with a little bit of hip flexing in between and maybe something anti-inflammatory like neurofen...if it persists then it’s def a trip to the doctors...hope you get it sorted

Consultation with GP completed over the phone. Naproxen 500mg twice a day issued. So I walked a 5k yesterday after my afternoon pill and made it without any added ill effect. I will beat it. Stretching and specific exercise is out there. I'll go at it slowly and surely. Its a current challenge. Thank you for getting back to me 👍👍👍
