I've made it to W8 but I have a slight ankle strain from my first outdoor run on Saturday, possibly caused by uneven surfaces after all my runs being on a treadmill. I'm going to strap it up and take an extra days rest, I will finish this on the treadmill while doing extra exercises to strengthen my ankles. I'm not giving up now I'm so close.

Some great ankle exercises on the S and F forum too. Make sure it has healed before heading out again.
