How slow can you go?

Well I've made it to W6 D3 and I am now officially a runner. Even Michael Johnson thinks so! I have to say I found it hard, that last 5 mins felt as long as the previous 20 but I kept running, after a fashion. This is my 4th attempt at doing the C25K and I'm feeling confident now that I can complete it. The difference this time being that I got involved in the forum, listened to the advice and read the guidance. Slow, slow, slow. It works, it really does

Of course it works, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, as you say you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, keep going, onwards and upwards to week 7, this time it will be 4th time lucky and you will graduate in around 3 weeks time.
