Today I finished Week 9 run 3, covering just over 6k in the 30 minute run!!!

Couch to 5K is a superb way of getting back into shape and moving more. I had a few niggles along the way, shin splints early on, ankle pain, knee pain allsorts, but with a good rest in between runs, I've got stronger. Not only has this process helped me physically but the metal benefits have been huge to a better life.

Anyone out there struggling, keep going you can do it! I hadn't run for 25 years, so you can do it to.
