I have completed the above and was surprisingly easier than I expected. One thing I have occasionally had is Shin splints and knee pain. Any tips please as to why I’m getting this and how to prevent it. Thank you!

There is advice in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... on minimising impact, stretching after every run and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
