Got up yesterday morning, was going to do a run, but had some stuff to do in the garden first, put on my 'work clothes' went to do my laces up and felt a rip across my lower back. So that me on the injury list for a while, don't want to be off running for too long, but can hardly walk at the moment. Unbelievable, and thoroughly down about it, but what can you do?

Oh dear, not a lot you can do I'm afraid, except be very strict with yourself about resting up and not doing too much to soon. The IC is a frustrating place to be when you just want to run, but it's even more frustrating to run again before you are ready and end up back where you started. Enjoy the sun, the garden and the runs can wait ☺️.
