Back from injury

I'm back after a month off with injured knee.

I went to a podiatrist n bought some £50 orthotics...what a difference .no shin pain or calf pain.

Starting from wk 1 again (only got to wk 3 anyway) and doing 30s runs instead of 60. Going to do wk 1 twice then start with 60s runs.
