Lots of uncertainty about where, when and for how long we will be allowed to run,right now... but hopefully, I will have an OFF the COUCH post up by lunchtime with loads of ideas for running??? inside and even maybe managing to complete the C25K... even if you decide to repeat it outside when we are able

I hope you’re OK. Just a quick note, in case this helps anyone else with limited space or finances for a treadmill at home...
I’m just finally improving from sciatica, and want to keep active and be able to get fitter again if we do all end up having to stay home. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to manage the impact up my spine of many HIT type routines, though. So I ordered (and paid a bit more for next day delivery, as we don’t know when things may change) 3 things in online:
1. A small trampoline (about £30) designed for adults to jog on;
2. A cheaper type of over door suspension trainer from a physio site (also about £30);
3. A door frame pull up bar (about £10 - you fit screws to either side of a door frame, and it slots on to these, but is removable again).
For C25k folk, I thought item 1 might be handy. I’ve had a few goes, and can confidently say that rapid jogging on it gets me pretty out of breathe. (It’s also very low impact!)
The cloths lining comment made me chuckle... sorry! Anyway, an alternative to the door bar thing came with my cayman fitness resistance bands - you pop it through the door frame just above the hinge, close door and attach band - can do loads of exercises that way! Bands are a bit pricier than some others but seem robust...
Good suggestion - I use one of those with resistance loops for my physio exercises. I probably should have left out the pull up bar suggestion, as I’m now envisaging getting sued by multiple husbands who get attacked by them! 😂❤️ (I’m just hoping to get back to doing pull ups before I can go back to the gym...)
