Go on then, what time do we all think is best to run today?! 🤣

Everyone seems to be getting fed up of the weather... I usually check to see if there’s a break in it during the day but I’m spoilt for choice today!! Haha 😂

Share with us your weather forecasts in your area, anyone else battling the elements?

Where I am it is lashing rain ☔️ and very windy🌬 , forecast says it’ll be the same all day.

Despite my procrastinations for the last half hour, I’m going to go for it.

Then get home, have a nice warm shower 🚿 and get on an enjoy the rest of the day.

Looking at the forecast where you are, I’d say go now. Don’t think about it, just go.

Ooh spoilt for choice...1 degree higher or 10% less chance of rain. 🤔 Rest day for me today. 😏 Any chance of going tomorrow? Running on the spot just doesn't cut the mustard does it? 🌬🏃‍♀️❄👍

What about doing aerobics inside instead?

Oh I sympathise with you! Pouring with rain, windy and cold where I am, so I have a similar dilemma today. I should run w7r1🏃‍♀️ . I thought about putting it off till tomorrow but the forecast is worse. I've just done Adriene's yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ and the plankety-plankathon from Strength and Flex, so at least I've done something 😇. The run needs to happen though. At some point I am just going to have to go for it....... 😬, but not just now because it really is absolutely awful!

Gawd, this weather is really annoying! I looked at the forecast last night, and it said rain from 8am where I am, so I got up early and went out at 7am. Just started to howl with wind and lashing rain as I got back from my run. I am one of the lucky ones though, at least there was a dry patch. Looking at your forecast I'd say stay in the warm and cosy, and do some strength and conditioning instead. It'll be a win-win – no cold, snowy/rainy misery and stronger legs for when you can get out and run!

There was over 90% chance of rain here all day, and they weren’t wrong! But tomorrow forecasts high winds, so braved it today - boy it was cold!

I managed to sneak out at 1pm and had a 4 mile hour long walk when the rain had eased off for a bit but it started to spit whilst I was out and was windy!
