Help! funny knee feeling!

Any advice please, I ran W3 R1 on Wednesday I havnt ran since, I went for a brisk walk on thursday. Early hours this morning (Saturday) I was woken by a strange pain in my left knee the actual pain only lasts a second or two and comes on like waves it's not an excruciating pain it's more like a intense ache that's there then it's not! I've had this sporadically throughout the day! Any thoughts on if this is from the runs or coincidence! Weather I should run tomo or not? I dont want to make things worse so I can't carry on with the programme! I dont know much about running or sports injurues / problems / aches and pains etc. So any words of wisdom will be much appreciated.

No expert but I would say don't push it and risk injury. Even if you replace the run with a stroll...It is still excersise and fresh air but not worth further injuries. 🛌🏼👀

Thank you think I will leave the run for tomorrow and see how it is through out the day.

The guide to the plan outlines how to deal with injury.

I would rest up until the pain subsides.

You could probably benefit from knee strengthening exercises as linked to in the guide.
