Hi guys. Haven't posted for a long time and haven't been for a run since November following a bad back and then suffering with sciatica ever since. I've been having physio to help ease it and although I can barely feel it now, I am apprehensive to start running again. Has anyone else here suffered with sciatica? If so, does it ever really go completely or does it just become manageable?

Sciatica is awful but I think it can be sorted out. My husband had it for ages but it's gone now so it can be done!
