...and I’m pleased (nay, delighted) to say I am not (on the floor) 😃
Nervous about this weeks runs because it doubles up. I normally start my new weeks runs on a Monday but I started a day early because I’m away with work this week and wanted to slot in 2 runs before I go (and before you say it, yes I could take my running stuff with me but I’ve no room in my hand luggage and little “down time”) ... next time 😃
I walked for a good 10 minutes before I started the podcast because I was cold plus this weeks time out walking/running is shorter and the woof needs at least 1/2 hour good exercise or he feels cheated.
Harder this one but some energy was used on nerves because I was worried I might not do it and the weather is poo too (no pretty setting sun today) On we go ...

I can tell you I felt exactly the same last week at w3 beginning but, even with an extra day out because I got hip pain, I managed all three days. My advice to get through it is to listen when they say pace yourself. I dropped my pace on the last run day and I ran pain free and with ease!!
Thank you. Really appreciate the advice. I think the big difference this week was the fewer runs. By run 3 and 4 in week 2 I found my rhythm and pace and felt I could run more. With fewer runs this week I didn’t feel I could get my rhythm. I’ll see how I do on run 2 - I’m tempted to do 2 1.5’s a 3 another 1.5 then a 3. Controversial i know 🙈
