Foot pain went away (thank you Naproxen) so had no more excuses!
Went out at 4 pm (have usually done early morning) and, whilst getting through it, I suspect that was the hardest of the 3 runs (can I really call them runs???)
So, Monday is planned to be W2 R1 - wish me luck!!
Oh and as a slight deviation, saw 4 peacocks while doing my run!!!

I posted here a few days ago after completing my w2 r1, I was fully expecting to have to attempt run 1 a couple of times before I completed it but I surprised myself and got it done. I had a panic when I looked at the following weeks run times but I have had so much support, and the advice of trusting the program. I’m glad your injury is fixed, go get your run on!! And yes it is a run and I’ve been promised speed will come later as we progress (everyone has to start somewhere).
