So I did my first run a few weeks back and then came down with a heavy cold followed by a few night shifts and holiday. So my week one run 1 didn't go much further.
Subsequently since then I have been being a bit more healthier around snacks and beer. (Well I was on holiday)
Today I started again. Actually felt quite good and on one of the 60sec runs i was at 10kmh per hour which i am very happy about.
Looking forward to run 2 mon or tues but planned for Monday.
