My inner self, Enid, said "You don't want to disturb the family by getting up and running in the morning!"
I said, "When they love you, they know that running is going to help you be happier and healthier. They won't mind if you explain it."
You never know, one day they may come with you. π
Out this morning, completed week 9 run 2. Yahoo!!!

Brilliant!
I happened across Enid accidentally the other day as I was browsing through posts. I have been very amused by her and the gorgeous illustrations.
I hope Enid is psyching herself up for the Big Day. She's going to have to eat her words when you have that shiny 'Graduate' badge next to your name!

Oh well done! Enid does indeed look rather comfortable in her cosy bed! But we know that staying in bed is not the way to get this done!
Congratulations and hope you feel rightly proud of yourself!

Thank you so much, Roxdog. I will be proud when we've done it. But prouder if we keep going. π

AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 5 years ago That is a cute picture, good post from you Nilsam, I agree with you regarding being happier and healthier, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 9, yes your graduation run, good luck for that, once you have completed it you will have graduated from the program and be very proud of yourself. π

Thank you, AlMor. Just a bit of fun. Some others are so brilliant at describing the runs so this is just a bit of doodling that describes the process many of us go through. π©βπ¨ Can't wait to graduate. What a brilliant programme this is to get us all motivated to complete. π

Love it π
Does it disturb the rest of the family when you get up to run? If they're like mine, no!! π The only one who gets up is the dog πΆ & he just goes upstairs to bed with the OH π
Looking forward to seeing what Enid thinks when you graduate βΊ π

Yes, Joanney69. I creep around trying not to wake people...have running gear in the utility room...about to go out and the cats start yowling for food. Hopeless.
Thank you - looking forward to final run in the series. Good luck with your running plan. πββοΈπββοΈ

Ah yes, I have cats who insist on being fed just because I'm up!! Starving they are π πΎπ»

Yes, then the next family member gets up and feeds them again. πΈπΌ

I love Enid - sheβs far too sweet to be a pesky gremlin.

Thank you, Dexy5. She is definitely pesky in my ear and babbles on about you not needing to excersise...π€£ Hope your running plans go well. π£
