Leaping ahead and feeling great

I competed week 6! 25 straight, and I loved the 60 sprint at the end. It's incredible to think I'd love doing this. My body is shedding weight 16lbs so far and 5 belt holes. My arm strength exercises have improved too. I get it now, and wish I had started years earlier.

Congratulations to you Val183 on completing run 3 of week 6.

You are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER.

I remember for both run 3 of week 5 and week 6 sprinting for around 50 seconds to the end, it give you a good feeling.😊🏃🏾👍
